Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

No warranty is given to a polished or diamond finish area of a wheel as this can be prone to stone chipping etc.
No warranty is given to the chrome plated finish on wheels.
Warranty will be become void on wheels that have been kerbed or buckled through miss use and incorrect maintenance of tyre pressures.
We recommend only to clean wheels with a mild soapy detergent.
No alloy wheel cleaners should be used as many are very strong and can damage the finish to the wheel surface.

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, with the exception of IMPORTATION WHEELS FROM THE FACTORY/CUSTOM MADE*, to Autojantes within 14 days of delivery. It must be in its original packaging, and unused, together with the receipt. We will be happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund, less the costs of any transportation (including importation costs) that we have incurred. Any wheels which have been damaged or scratched cannot be accepted back. Prior to external fitting. we recommend that you check for correct equipment, fittings and tyre directions, and for wheel only packages we would also recommend a test fit prior to mounting the tyres. Do not fit a wheel or tyre which is damaged to your vehicle. Correct car details: make, model, version, year and original tyre size must be included at checkout, as failure to do so may invalidate any claim. Alloy wheels manufacturer must establish liability in order for Autojantes to warrant an alloy wheel, and Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for Autojantes to warrant a tyre We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability. It is not therefore possible to resolve new tyre problems on the spot. If a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
